Four Core Dimensions of Workplace Wellbeing

 

The scorecard isolates four essential areas that gauge an employee's overall wellbeing and the impact of work on their life:

  • Overall Life Wellbeing – a snapshot of how someone is doing beyond work

  • Overall Work Wellbeing – a measure of whether work is enhancing or hindering overall life

  • Culture of Wellbeing – how the work environment, leadership, and team dynamics affect wellbeing

  • Work Engagement – the energy, meaning, and alignment people feel in their actual work

Each category produces its own score, and together they form a clear Wellbeing & Engagement Score — a tangible number leaders can track over time.
