DANIELLE POSA

CO-FOUNDER & PRESIDENT

Danielle Posa is a leading expert in workplace wellbeing, bringing a rare combination of management consulting expertise and deep wellbeing specialization to the field. As CEO of Global Wellbeing Group, she leads the consulting division, helping organizations integrate wellbeing into their cultural and business strategies.

  • Danielle began her career at Gallup, working with organizations worldwide to measure and improve employee engagement. She later became Director of Enterprise Solutions at Chopra Global, co-developing the leadership course Workplace Wellbeing and the Soul of Leadership alongside Deepak Chopra, who has been a personal mentor.
  • Over the past 10 years, under her own consulting business, she's worked with companies across industries. She also served as Vice Chair for the Global Wellness Institute’s Workplace Wellbeing Initiative, helping shape industry standards.
  • Her expertise goes beyond consulting—she has lived and studied wellbeing at the deepest levels. A cancer survivor, Danielle has spent her life exploring the science and philosophy of human flourishing, engaging in self-development programs, coaching, spiritual retreats, and studies in phenomenology and ontology. This unique foundation enables her to bridge business strategy and cultural change with an unparalleled understanding of wellbeing.
  • A seasoned speaker, Danielle has presented at events like Sages and Scientists, ESTO (U.S. Travel Association), and Peer150, as well as guest lecturing at Kellogg University. She began public speaking at age 15, sharing her story as a cancer survivor, and continues to inspire audiences on the future of workplace wellbeing.

Danielle’s mission is to redefine success in the workplace by making wellbeing a strategic priority for organizations worldwide. With a blend of business acumen, research-backed insights, and personal experience, she helps leaders create cultures where employees don’t just work but truly thrive.

KERRY BREITBART

CO-FOUNDER, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Kerry Breitbart is a seasoned leader and executive with a rare blend of commodity markets experience, operational leadership, and mission-driven entrepreneurship.

Before founding North American Power, Kerry cut his teeth in the crude oil markets as a broker, where he developed a deep understanding of global commodity dynamics, risk management, and high-stakes deal execution — experience that forged his commercial rigor and strategic instincts early in his career.

In 2009, Kerry co-founded North American Power, entering the highly competitive and heavily regulated energy sector with a bold vision. Over the next decade he built the business into one of the nation’s fastest-growing retail energy suppliers, serving hundreds of thousands of customers across deregulated energy markets. Under his leadership, the company expanded rapidly, introduced innovative customer referral and renewable energy offerings, and achieved recognition as a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award (New York Region).

Kerry’s leadership has always balanced performance with purpose. At North American Power, he didn’t just build revenue — he shaped a culture that tied growth to social impact through programs that linked customer engagement with community giving.

What sets Kerry apart is his first-principles approach to business and systems thinking. Whether navigating volatile commodity markets early in his career or steering a high-growth energy company through regulatory and market complexity, he’s known for getting into the weeds on strategy while never losing sight of human systems — culture, trust, leadership alignment — that actually make organizations function. That perspective is precisely what drives his work at GWG: translating wellbeing from something people talk about into something leaders can measure, operationalize, and scale.
