DANIELLE POSA
CO-FOUNDER & CEO
Danielle Posa has spent 15+ years advising & consulting organizations on how to improve engagement, culture, and performance. She began her career as a management consultant at Gallup, where she also served as liaison to Deepak Chopra, helping champion Gallup’s global wellbeing research. She later founded her own consulting practice, focusing more exclusively on workplace wellbeing and partnering with executive teams to integrate wellbeing into core people and culture strategy.
A cancer survivor and public speaker since age 15, Danielle brings rare lived experience alongside deep expertise in wellbeing science, human behavior, and leadership. She co-developed and co-led the Workplace Wellbeing and the Soul of Leadership program with Chopra, guest lectured in the Kellogg School of Management Executive MBA program, led enterprise wellbeing strategy at Chopra Global, and served as Vice-Chair of the Global Wellness Institute’s Workplace Wellbeing Initiative.

Jennifer Moss is a globally recognized workplace wellbeing strategist and bestselling author with rare, first-hand experience translating wellbeing science into scalable, enterprise-ready solutions. She has advised mid-to-large organizations on culture and performance and is a trusted contributor to Harvard Business Review, Fast Company, and Fortune, as well as a former member of the Global Happiness Council.
Critically, Jennifer brings deep product and measurement credibility as the former co-founder of Plasticity Labs—one of the earliest technologies to quantify employee wellbeing and convert it into actionable organizational insight. Her books, including Why Are We Here? and The Burnout Epidemic, have shaped global conversations on burnout, purpose, and modern leadership, positioning her as both a thought leader and a builder in the wellbeing space.
