Nicole's Story

Hi there. I'm Nicole. 

I wanted to share my story with you because I've been in your shoes.  Early on, I followed my Father's footsteps and chose a career in sales.  It felt natural as I always loved people and I enjoyed being rewarded for working hard.  My first 10+ years in medical device sales and the software technology industry were great. I won multiple sales awards including the "Top Deal of the Year Award" at Microsoft, consistently achieved over 100%+ of my sales quota year over year at Johnson & Johnson and Boston Scientific, and led high-performing teams. I found my way by doing what I knew best - building trusted relationships. 

However, despite doing well in my career, I didn't feel that my work was making a difference in the world. 

I struggled to connect with the products I was selling, the culture was intense, and I started to feel completely burnt out.  The stresses I had in my career were impacting all aspects of my life including my overall health.  It impacted my relationship with my family because I felt overwhelmed all the time. And I was missing out on time with my 5 & 7-year old boys. On top of that, my mind was blocked because I knew I needed to make a change in my life, but I was completely unsure of what I wanted to do next as all I knew was a career in sales.  I knew I couldn't continue on this rollercoaster of highs and lows.  "Life is too short and precious" which I learned early on when I lost my Mom at the age of 21.   

Then found the Legacy Builders program.

This program was EXACTLY what I needed. I was really impressed by the structure of the program compared to anything else I read or experienced. It allowed me to get very honest with myself, to truly understand who I am and who I am meant to be.  I uncovered my passions, strengths, and skills through research-based assessments and deep discovery.  This allowed me to truly understand my value, how to articulate it, and most importantly... apply it to my next career.  Finally, it allowed me to explore opportunities I had never considered before and it gave me the confidence to reach out to individuals/companies to learn more. 

I felt I was now in control of creating my own destiny... a destiny I would be proud of.

So...I changed my life and left my unfulfilling job and within days/weeks, I was attracting and manifesting more opportunities than I could have imagined. I created an opportunity for myself as a contractor/consultant taking on an opportunity to lead a team responsible for delivering innovative technologies across the enterprise.  I'm still in that role today because I love it, it aligns with my natural talents/strengths, enables me to make a difference, and gives me the flexibility that I need as a working parent. 

Through my work in the Legacy Builder program, I also realized people have come to me often for career advice, to build their brand, and to learn how to stay positive and motivated in life... so as a result, Danielle asked me to become her business partner and Accountability Coach for the LB program, which is what lights me up everyday! 

I just want to see more people in this world live a happier and more fulfilling life, and that is why I am so excited for you if you are considering this program and want to change your life!
